"The Certification and Engineering Bureau (CEB) is part of the Engineering, Planning and Standards Branch (DGEPS), within the Spectrum, Information Technologies and Telecommunications (SITT) Sector of Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED). The Bureau’s overall objective is to contribute to a fair and competitive radiocommunication and telecommunications marketplace. The purpose of this evaluation was to address the core issues of relevance and performance in accordance with the Policy on Evaluation and the Directive on the Evaluation Function, with a focus on assessing how CEB could improve its efficiency to address an anticipated increase in workload. The evaluation findings and conclusions are based on the analysis of multiple lines of evidence.
