"Pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Pest Control Products Act, no person shall manufacture, possess, handle, store, transport, import, distribute or use a pest control product that is not registered under the Pest Control Products Act, except as otherwise authorized under the Act or unless specifically exempted by the Pest Control Products Regulations. The purpose of this version of the Management of Submissions Policy (MOSP) is to update the previous policy as outlined in Regulatory Directive DIR2013-01, Revised Management of Submissions Policy"--Purpose, p. 1.
