Apartment building standards : these standards should be examined by every borrower.: NH17-86/1956E-PDF

"The Standards for housing in respect of which Insured Loans may be made are prescribed under Section 12, 2(a) of Part I and Section 18, 2(a) and (6) of Part II of the National Housing Act, 1954. These Standards shall apply to Apartment Buildings comprising three or more housing units"--p. 1.
