"This volume contains 12 reports on research carried out under the Canada-Nova Scotia Mineral Development Agreement, 1984-1989. Ten papers result from projects supervised by the Mineral Deposits Subdivision, Mineral Resources Division, Geological Survey of Canada. Two papers are invited contributions resulting from work carried out elsewhere but that is compatible with the objectives of this volume. The papers report on a wide range of activities related to mineral deposit geology, including mineral deposit modelling, geochemistry, structural geology, isotope geology, borehole geophysics, and regional mapping"--Intro., p. 1.
