5203 |a"This report seeks to describe the methodology behind the various operational steps used in constructing the AR in the pre-census phase of the project along with a description of the post-census AR data capture and update methodologies. An important consideration kept in view while writing this report was to provide a comprehensive description of the various operations and steps required in building the AR. Details of various processes are given, where possible. in a conceptual way so as not to clutter the report with an unnecessary degree of technicality. Although the report was originally motivated by the need for documented intormation on AR construction by the Labour Force Survey (LFS) Redesign in its planned evaluation of the geo-coded AR as a potential frame for the LFS, it may prove useful to those interested in becoming familiar with the AR project without getting lost in its intricate details"--Abstract.
