"Visits were made to six Agencies, 27 Reserves, 5 sites (not Reserves) occupied by Indians, 5 residential schools and a number of day schools. In the Nelson River Agency only Ilford and Churchill were visited. Clandeboye Agency was omitted completely."--Scope of inspection.
