"Data problems wlth the counts of unoccupied private dwellings were identified in the 1981 Census. For the most part, publication of these data in regular census reports was cancelled. This special bulletin provides the information along with suitable data quality notes so that users may be aware of the limitations to this portion of the dwelling stock. Counts for occupied private and collective dwellings are included in the tables to complete the dwelling stock figures and for comparative purposes. ..."--Intro.
