More specifically: To assess the extent to which the Wireless Code meets and/or continues to meet its objectives of ensuring consumers are empowered to make informed decisions about wireless services; and to determine how consumers’ understanding of their wireless service contracts and related rights have changed between the implementation of the Wireless Code to date”--Cf.
