In the event that a forestry enterprise appears feasible the contractor will recommend and report on: 1) The type of equipment required; 2) The training requirements and availability of facilities and/or a method to provide same; 3) A management plan which will provide adequate management with the eventual assumption by the Indian people of the full responsibilities for the project"--Objective of study.
