"The Housing Education Program, financed since its inception in 1966 by grants from Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation, is an essential component of the Eskimo Rental Housing Program. The attached progress report has been compiled by the Adult Education Section of the Education Division in co-operation with the Northern Housing Section of the Territorial Division. It covers the development of the Housing Education Program in the Frobisher and Keewatin Regions, Arctic District, and in Pelly Bay of the Mackenzie District, from April 1967 to March 1968. In addition, it includes general information on the Eskimo Rental Housing Program itself"--Foreword.
