"The terms of reference for this general survey of educational climate and opportunity for incidental learning in pupil residences in the Mackenzie District of the Northwest Territories were stated to be: "To visit and to look into the operation of pupil residences as settings for educational experience and to recommend modifications if and where deemed desirable for the enrichment of educational experience and for general individual and group living; specifically to look at equipment and staff as to adequacy and suitability from an educational point of view"--Terms of reference.
