"This paper proposes a treatment of the raw data and the resulting adjusted series so that the final seasonally adjusted series presents the relatively correct trend and irregularity of the original series. The procedure is simple and the method is robust. The insight of such a treatment is explained. An example is provided to illustrate the procedure"--Abstract.
