« Le 24 mai 2016, vers 17 h 30 (heure avancée du Pacifique), il y a eu abordage entre le remorqueur C.T. Titan et le remorqueur Albern dans le passage Northumberland (Colombie-Britannique). L’Albern a chaviré et a sombré, et les 2 membres d’équipage du navire ont été secourus par l’équipage du C.T. Titan. La coque du C.T. Titan a été endommagée; on n’a pas récupéré l’Albern.
