Northern program on the job training : administrative guidelines / Carol Murphy.: R44-108/1978E-PDF

"The Northern On-The-Job Training Program was introduced in 1973-74. Formal guidelines were not established to initiate the program. The development of administrative procedures was essential as the program expanded with over one hundred participants and a million dollar budget. During the summer of 1977, Carol Murphy completed a study of the administrative requirements necessary to achieve the program objectives, and produced this publication"--Forward.
