"This paper describes the rotation-by-dwelling design and presents the results of a simulation using LFS data for two sets of consecutive months: June and July of 1996, and December 1995 and January 1996. Estimates of month-to-month change as well as measures of relative contributions coming from each rotation group are given under both methods, at both the province and Canada levels. Finally, some comments on the GREG versus composite estimator are given"--Abstract.
