“This report presents the findings of the Evaluation of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA)’s International Space Station (ISS) Assembly and Maintenance Operations Sub-Sub Program (SSP). The evaluation was conducted on behalf of the CSA Audit and Evaluation Directorate by Kelly Sears Consulting Group in collaboration with Beechwood Consulting and Research Inc., BBMD Consulting Inc., and Hickling Arthurs Low Corp. between December 2014 and February 2016. The evaluation is a requirement of the CSA five-year evaluation plan and was conducted in accordance with the Treasury Board (TB)’s Policy on Evaluation (2009) requiring that all federal programs be evaluated every five years"--Introd., p. 1.
