"Raven Island National Wildlife Area (NWA) lies within the Lenore Lake Migratory Bird Sanctuary (MBS), approximately 140 kilometres northeast of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Established in 1982, the NWA enhances the value of the MBS by providing an undisturbed area of upland wildlife habitat, which is particularly important for migratory bird species during nesting, moulting and staging."
