"To facilitate the optimum use of the Department's Engineering and Architecture resources, the Technical Services and Contracts Branch updates an inventory of the organization structures of the Regional technical units annually. The inventory is prepared on the basis of information received from each Region and contains organization charts, position titles, classifications and names of incumbents for each Regional technical unit. Also contained is person-year allocation of Regional and District technical units along with a list of specialist resources available at Branch H.Q."--Introduction, p. 2.
