A survey of day care centre programs on Indian reserves in Ontario 1982/83 / prepared by Kahn-Tineta Horn for Social Development Directorate.: R44-119/1984E-PDF

"This survey is the first undertaken in Canada by the Indian and Inuit Affairs Programs. The reason for the survey was to gain general knowledge of the day care centres program on reserves in Ontario, and was not intended to evaluate the program. Other regions will be asked to provide the same type of information with the goal of ultimately consulting with the Assembly of First Nations and in order to establish a policy for the program nationally"--Executive summary.
