"Tebuconazole is an antimicrobial active ingredient registered as a joinery wood preservative. The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has completed the re-evaluation for the joinery use of tebuconazole. Under the authority of the Pest Control Products Act, the PMRA is granting continued registration of the joinery use of tebuconazole in Canada. An evaluation of available scientific information found that the joinery use of tebuconazole products do not present unacceptable risks to human healthor the environment when used according to the conditions of registration, including amended label directions“--p. 1.
