Re-evaluation decision for antisapstain use of copper-8-quinolinolate .H113-28/2017-7E-PDF

"Copper-8-quinolinolate is an antimicrobial active ingredient registered as a sapstain control chemical. The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has completed the re-evaluation for the antisapstain use of copper-8-quinolinolate. Under the authority of the Pest Control Products Act, the PMRA is granting continued registration of the antisapstain use of copper-8-quinolinolate in Canada. An evaluation of available scientific information found that the antisapstain use of copper-8-quinolinolate products does not present unacceptable risks to human health or the environment when used according to the conditions of registration, including amended label directions“--p. 1.
