"For the purpose of identifying training needs in the Indian/Inuit Public Sector existing regional or band training needs assessment processes were examined; all the Regional Offices of The Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development were visited and program staff were interviewed to aid in the identification and analysis of the various processes.
