"This study assesses the feasibility of establishing an EA Reference Net under the auspices of an EA Strategic Alliance between FEARO and Canadian universities involved with environmental assessment research and teaching. The net would facilitate the exchange of environmental assessment information and research results. The goal is to improve environmental decision making by making environmental assessment (EA) information more readily available for environmental assessment and to improve environmental assessment research and teaching"--Exec.
