Specification of parameters for the national input-output model by Pierre Mercier, René Durand and Aldo Diaz.: CS15-602/18E-PDF
"The analysis of leakages omitted in the conventional specification has led to a new specification that makes it possible to obtain a better correspondence between the supply and demand components. In the following sections, we will review the conventional specification of leakage parameters, and will introduce the new definitions necessary for the description of the new specification of leakage parameters. Finally, in the last section, we will reformulate the new specification for use specifically in the analysis of the impact of expenditure shocks. In this case, leakage parameters have an additive form, which makes it possible to arrive at a more intuitive interpretation when we want to modify them"--p. 1-2.
