"The evaluation of the Management Accountability Framework (MAF) program is part of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s (TBS) five-year evaluation plan. The Internal Audit and Evaluation Bureau carried out the evaluation between November 2016 and May 2017, with the assistance of Goss Gilroy Inc. The evaluation assessed the relevance and performance of three MAF cycles from fiscal year 2014 to 2015 to fiscal year 2016 to 2017. The new MAF assessment approach (MAF 2.0) was implemented in 2013"--p. 1.
