520 | 3 |a“As part of the Aquatic Climate Change Adaptation Services Program (ACCASP) established by the Government of Canada in 2011, Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), Small Craft Harbours (SCH), DFO Science, Maritimes Region, and DFO Economic Analysis and Statistics Directorate developed a Coastal Infrastructure Vulnerability Index (CIVI). The CIVI provides a numerical indication of the relative vulnerability of an SCH to the effects of climate change.
