"This Guideline is intended to help health and safety professionals, employers, and employees to evaluate exposures to airborne asbestos in workplaces governed by federal jurisdiction and to apply control measures. This Guideline advises on asbestos asessment and management strategies pertaining to asbestos and asbestos containing materials. The purpose of this Guideline is to support the Labour Program’s mandate of fostering safe and healthy workplace environments"--T.p.
