5203 |aThe Operational Research (OR) Team in Defence Research Development Canada (DRDC) Valcartier has begun work on a research project on modeling and simulating of crowd behaviour. This technical note reports on two crowd behaviour case studies. The intent of this report is twofold: the data collected on these two case studies will be utilized by the researchers to validate a crowd behavior/control model; and, the lessons learned from gathering and extracting data can be utilized by researchers at a later date when other crowd behaviour case studies are completed.
