"The Pathogen Risk Assessment guideline provides comprehensive guidance on how to conduct a pathogen risk assessment on pathogens that are uncharacterized or that may have been modified, to determine the likelihood and consequences of exposure to the pathogen, or its release. This guideline is meant to be used in conjunction with the Canadian Biosafety Standard (CBS), the Canadian Biosafety Handbook (CBH), and the Pathogen Risk Assessment Template available on the Government of Canada website"--Introd., p. 1.
