"This report describes the water levels in the Great Lakes - St. Lawrence River system. It also provides an assessment of hydrologic data collected by other agencies. Water level elevations are in metres above sea level at Rimouski, Quebec, on the International Great Lakes Datum (IGLD) of 1985. River flows are in cubic metres per second (m3/s). The geographic area covered in the report extends from Lake Superior to Montreal on the St. Lawrence River"--Introd., 1999.
