"In development projects where visual concerns are identified, visual impact assessment (VIA) is an important and necessary part of environmental impact assessment. This study involved post-project analysis of three projects for which environmental impact assessment, including a visual impact component, was carried out. Post-project analysis has been identified as a way to improve environmental impact assessment by providing feedback about impact prediction, project effects and mitigation measures"--Abstract.
