The pre-Confederation Orders in Council have largely been identified by reference to the National Archives RG 10 records found in Volume 119, Reels C-11479 and C- 11480. A thorough review has been made of National Archive’s Orders in Council indexes for the years 1867 to 1985 which is the latest year available.
