"This final report of a Water Quality Branch Headquarters Task Force reviews published scientific information on forms of metals in water and their toxicity to biota. It recommends the types of determinations that should be carried out by Water Quality Branch laboratories, the results of which are used in setting water quality objectives, in surveillance of compliance to water quality objectives, and in writing interpretive reports"--Abstract.
