"Ensuring confidentiality and the security of data is one of the highest priorities at Statistics Canada. The Business and Trade Statistics Data Security Task Force was created to look into data security issues in an attempt to ensure that the greatest efforts are being made to protect the confidentiality and security of all data throughout the statistical process.
