"This report summarizes the methodological changes to the calculation of the Census Family Low Income Measure (CFLIM) using the T1 Family File (T1FF). These changes were introduced in 2018 (income reference year 2015). The changes make available new after-tax CFLIM (CFLIM-AT) estimates from reference year 2004 onward"--Abstract.
