"The only artificially produced radionuclides detected in the waters of the Great Lakes by y-ray spectrometry using a large volume Ge(Li) detector were 137Cs and 125Sb. The radioactivity levels of these radionuclides in the open waters of the lakes were measured during the spring and summer of 1973"--Abstract.
