"This evaluation covers the First Nations Clinical and Client Care (CCC) program for the period April 1, 2005, to March 31, 2012. This evaluation is the first undertaken of the CCC program as a whole and has been done to fulfill the requirements of the Financial Administration Act and the Treasury Board Policy on Evaluation (2009). The purpose of the evaluation was to assess the relevance and performance of the CCC program. An Evaluation Working Group with representation from First Nations and Inuit Health Branch National and Regional Offices, and led by the Evaluation Directorate, provided guidance and input into the evaluation process. The methodology used in the evaluation included a document, data, and literature review; key informant interviews; and stakeholder surveys"--Executive summary.
