"This profile provides a statistical overview of persons with disabilities, as defined above, aged 15 to 64 years. The data are presented for Canada, the provinces and the territories. The source of the data is the 1991 Health and Activity Limitation Survey (HALS'91). HALS is a post-censal survey, first conducted after the 1986 Census and repeated after the 1991 Census"--p. 5.
