"The purpose of the evaluation was to assess the relevance and performance of the FNIHCC Program. The methodology used in the evaluation included input from 415 individuals from all provinces and territories through interviews, an online stakeholder survey and case studies of key issues. In addition, a review of documents, data, and literature was conducted. This was the second evaluation of the program, having been previously evaluated in 2009"--Executive summary.
