Cumulative health risk assessment framework .: H113-13/2018-2E-PDF

"This document describes the framework and methodology that Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) will use for assessing the cumulative health effects of pesticides that have a common mechanism of toxicity. It supersedes Health Canada’s 2001 Science Policy Note (SPN2001-01) on Guidance for Identifying Pesticides that have a Common Mechanism of Toxicity for Human Health Risk Assessment. The document also builds upon Health Canada’s response to the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development 2015 audit on pesticide safety, whereby the PMRA indicated its intention to have methodology for cumulative health assessment in place in the 2017-2018 fiscal year“--Executive summary, p. 1.
