Re-evaluation project plan for spinosad .: H113-5/2018-7E-PDF

"In Canada, spinosad is under re-evaluation by Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA). The PMRA re-evaluates registered pesticides to determine whether the use of these products continues to be acceptable in terms of value, human health and the environment according to current standards. Spinosad is a broad spectrum systemic insecticide registered for use on agricultural crops including greenhouse vegetables and ornamentals, a large number of agricultural filed crops (such as potatoes, grapes, pome fruits, stone fruits, berries, vegetables), outdoor ornamentals, and turf. It is also registered in residential areas on home gardens (such as fruits, vegetables and ornamentals), and control of ants in residential areas"--Background, p. 1.
