"The Canadian Wildlife Service (CWS) of Environment Canada is developing an arctic specimen banking network to manage biological specimens collected from habitats located north of 60°N latitude in Canada and the United States. As the first stage in this work a survey was conducted to catalogue existing facilities that hold such samples. This report documents the results of that survey and provides a description of the most significant arctic specimen banking facilities currently in operation"--Abstract.
