"The application of offender risk/needs assessment technology to improve correctional performance on reducing re-offending is a major project underway in the Probation Services of Romania (RPS). This project falls under the auspices of a technical exchange between RPS and the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC). The present report examines the results of an enhanced case management approach to offender risk/needs assessment that was undertaken by probation staff in Romania"--Executive summary, p. iii.
