Express Entry : early observations on November 2016 improvements.Ci4-180/2017E-PDF

"Express Entry is Canada’s application management system for certain economic immigration programs. These programs include the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, Canadian Experience Class and a portion of the Provincial Nominee Program. To ensure a fairer and responsive immigration system that addresses emerging needs and long-term economic growth for Canada, targeted improvements were made to Express Entry on November 19, 2016. This report demonstrates that the targeted improvements made to Express Entry on November 19, 2016, are aligned with Canada’s Global Skills Strategy and attracting a diverse range of talents from around the world, including former international students. These targeted improvements are the result of internal monitoring coupled with feedback from candidates and stakeholders such as provinces, territories and employers"--Provided by publisher.
