The main objectives were to assess the similarities between bird populations in undisturbed old-growth western hemlock (Tsuga heterophylla ) forests and those found in: 1) western hemlock residuals and 2) mountain hemlock (Tsuga mertensiana) forests at higher elevation"--Abstract.
