"This report is the second edition of Part II of the Handbook of Agricultural Statistics, Farm Income, Reference Paper No. 25. It sets forth estimates of income of farm operators from farming operations for the years 1926 to 1957 inclusive, including revisions based on data obtained from the 1951 Census of Agriculture, Part I, Field Crops, was first published in 1951 followed by the publication of a supplement in 1955. Part III of the Handbook, Trends in Canadian Agriculture, was also published in 1955 and Part IV, Food Consumption in Canada, 1926-1955 was published in 1958"--Preface.
