"WD’s Innovation programming makes strategic investments with western Canadian businesses, industry organizations and post-secondary institutions to enhance business innovation through research and development, and technology commercialization. The evaluation concludes that WD’s innovation programming is relevant and achieving results. The evaluation identified possible improvements to enhance the design and delivery of the programming and to strengthen achievement of longer-term outcomes"--p.3.
