"This report presents the key findings, conclusions and recommendations from the evaluation of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council’s (NSERC) Climate Change and Atmospheric Research (CCAR) initiative. This is the first evaluation of the CCAR initiative and covers the period from fiscal year 2012-2013 until mid-way through 2016-2017.
