"Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), under the authority of the Pest Control Products Act and Regulations, is proposing registration for the sale and use of Inscalis Technical Insecticide, Sefina Insecticide and Versys Insecticide, containing the technical grade active ingredient afidopyropen, to control aphids and whiteflies on various vegetables and tree fruits, soybeans, hazelnuts, and greenhouse and outdoor ornamentals. An evaluation of the available scientific information found that, under the approved conditions of use, the health and environmental risks and the value of the pest control products are acceptable"--Overview, p. 1.
