"The model tests were performed at the Coastal Engineering Laboratory of Queen's University by kind permission of Dr. A. Brebner, Head, Department of Civil Engineering. Construction of the model and all of the testing were performed by Mr. J. Marsalek under the general direction of the Hydraulics Subdivision, Department of Energy, Mines and Resources. Mr. Marsalek's report is included in its entirety as Appendix A to this publication"--Pref.
